THEILMA will gladly accept returns of UNWORN MERCHANDISE WITH ORIGINAL TAGS ATTACHED within 14 days of the delivery date. Requests past 14 days will automatically be rejected. Once the request is authorized, the return authorization, shipping label and packaging instructions will be sent via email. Allow 3 business days for your return to be authorized.
Original shipping fee is not refundable, and a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Return shipping fees vary per region:
1) Asia: $15
2) North America & Europe: $25
When the reason for return is based on damage or if the product not matching its description, return fees are on us.
How to Make A Return:
Step 1: Click ORDER TRACKING
Step 2: Fill in the fields to pull up your orders
Step 3: Click ‘Delivered’
Step 4: Select the item that you want to return
Step 5: Click ‘Request Return’ button
Step 6: Select reason and write reason description
Step 7: Click ‘RETURN REQUEST’ button
Upon submission of return request, our Customer Service department will review the request. Once authorized, we will email you with the return authorization, shipping label and packaging instructions. Please allow 3 business days for your return to be authorized. If you do not receive an authorization email within 3 business days, please check your spam folder. Returns must be packed and shipped within 7 days of return authorization date. If not, we will void shipping label and you may repeat return process as long as return eligible dates are left. We do not accept returns sent after 7 days.
Rules and Exceptions:
- Any full-price, unworn and unwashed items may be returned for refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
- We are not liable for any lost or stolen merchandise incurred during return shipping and we therefore recommend providing tracking information with your shipment.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method. If you used store credits such as Online Gift Card or Rewards to pay your order, the corresponding amount will be refunded as an Online Gift Card first, the rest in the original method of payment.
- Your account will be credited your refund or any difference in your exchange within 3 business days of receipt, minus the shipping. Please note that it may take up to an additional 10 days for the refund to show up on your account statement, depending on your credit issuer's processing time.
- We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the conditions stated above.
- We do not accept non-refundable items, unauthorized returns, and returns shipped more than 7 days after the authorization. We may grant exception in some circumstances, subject to following refund method, at our own discretion:
- 50% deduction from the price you paid
- US $10 handling fee per item
- Refund only the remaining values as online store credit ONLY
- We do NOT issue credit or refund on worn or no-tag items.
- Sorry, we cannot ship back returned items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns, cancel orders, or terminate accounts suspected of excessive returns, return fraud, or wardrobing.
Return in offline store is not available.EXCHANGES
For exchanges, we suggest you place a new order for the item you want and follow the return procedure for the item you wish to send back.

Our shipping costs are flat and does not include duty or customs charges that may incur depending on the destination country. Please note the brand is not responsible for these charges.
Delivery times begin one business day after the order is placed. This is due to the time difference between countries. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship out the following Monday (excluding holidays
). Saturday delivery is currently not available.
You will receive an email containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped from our distribution centers in South Korea and U.S. Visit ORDER TRACKING
